"Thanks so much for the message and thanks for the fab service!!! It is great to know he is properly looked after in the day and is really enjoying himself in the process. On the days you have him he is calmer and hungrier in the evenings which is great for me!!!The messages help as well as I do worry about him during the day!"

"We have noticed quite a change in Lexi over the last few weeks. She seems much happier now that she is getting to play with 'children' of her own age. Almost overnight she changed from the 'puppy from hell' to a semi-mature young lady. I hope it will last.........

Her recall was improving no end - right up until last night, when she decided that her new favourite game was to slip her collar and keep 10 ft away at all times. I blame it on the snow though. Too much competition. Hopefully that will be a minor blip and we will continue to see improvements.

Lexi is the type of dog who needs a lot of exercise to keep her happy and healthy, and the company of other dogs to help keep her well adjusted. I am so glad we saw your van when we did. Only wish we could have met you earlier.

My only problem now is that Lexi loves 'puppy playschool' so much that she doesn't want to come home!

"Deb from Chase Pet Services provides a great service. My Golden Retriever , Harvey is a very happy dog since he has been going out for his regular walks with Deb and her team. All of the staff from Chase Pet Services are great and Harvey has got to know them very well. He waits for them everyday and gets very excited when he sees them. He comes back from his walks happy, tired and contented and he always has a lot of fun. He is a very happy dog which is very reassuring when you have to go to work to know that such a good service is at hand to help. You can tell this is a service run by true dog lovers! "Just wanted to say, my dogs both adore Deb from Chase Pet Services, greeting her enthusiastically when she comes to the door. It is such a relief to have someone reliable and trustworthy when I have to be away from home. I always feel it is too big an ask for a neighbour to 'just' pop in and walk them. My babies do not fare well in kennels."

"Debs from Chase Pet Services has always been there to help me out when I go away, she does a great job at grooming and spending time with my horses. Buckaroo, a very nervous shetland pony, is always pleased to see her. She also lets out and feeds my chickens and always counts them to make sure they are all in at night. If Debs wasn't around I would not be able to go on business trips with my husband - thank you Debs!"

"I keep my horse on a shoe string budget, so when I was incapacitated for a couple of months, I could not afford full livery. But for Deb, I was faced with trying to sell Thomas, but she saved the day. I must say her mucking out is probably better than mine!"

"Deb is wonderful with animals. My dogs and cats all respond to her with warmth and trust. She is the only other person I would permit to walk my Staffordshire Bull Terrior, who has a tendency to get over excited when out and about. Equally important, she is reliable, trustworthy and very easy to get on with. I have no isses whatsoever with her having full access to my home in my absence".

"Before we asked Chase Pet services to call in and walk Sox (you know, the lanky Border collie Husky mix (busky) having the time to walk him, get him accustomed to other dogs and come when called was difficult. When he was 6 months my wife broke her leg which meant my time was divided between nurse maid and dog sitter. He was very active, everything was new and exciting and trying to command some order in his walks was a little trying and sometimes stressful, well for me anyway. He bounded over to other dogs, and owners, jumped up, would never come when called and had me running all over the place trying to get him back on his lead, anyone walking their dog in St Matthews would have been convinced Basil Fawlty had moved to the area. My wife and I put up with this for a number of months and finally decided to concede and get some assistance.

At 9 months, Sox was quiet large, mouthing and biting everything, on our walks he would run off and try to play with anything that moved (don’t get me wrong, it kept me fit and introduced me to a number of interesting people, but was exhausting). We called in Chase Pet Services and asked if they could walk him during the day while we were at work. Deb popped by and instantly put us at ease, we felt a little guilty about not having the time to spend with Sox but we conceded that puppies need activity, something that due to circumstance we could not easily provide.

I took Sox out last weekend for the first time on a big walk. I wasn’t sure what to expect, would my wife see news reports of a maniac chasing a Busky across the fields in Lichfield, screaming SOX!! At the top of his voice?? My trainers were on, I prepared with a few stretches ready for the work out I was about to receive. I let him off the lead and…. What can I say, it was an absolute pleasure, he ran off as expected, but when whistled or called he came back with his tail wagging. For the first time in 10months I actually got some relaxation from the walk.

Chase pet services took Sox out with a small pack, introduced him to other dog of his own age and afforded him some expert attention, his whole demeanor has changed, he is calm and restful at home, he is obedient (to a point J) and is a joy to spend time with. I wish we had put our pride aside and allowed Chase pet services to start walking him earlier.

I would whole heartedly recommend this service. I fully intend to use the CPS moving forward, Sox deserves it. We will be using the house sitting service and will recommend it to anyone we know with a puppy or even an older dog.
